Hallie is the founder and director of Little Sprout Therapy & Metro Myo a pediatric practice providing virtual, in-home, and in-school: feeding therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, speech-language therapy and occupational therapy across DC, MD, VA, NJ, NY & FL. Hallie specializes in treating infants, toddlers, and children with tethered oral tissues (TOTs), pediatric feeding disorders and orofacial myofunctional disorders across the lifespan.
Hallie has a passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues in the pediatric feeding and orofacial myofunctional therapy spaces. She is the founder of the Untethered Podcast where the goal is to bring information on Myo, TOTs, Airway and Pediatric Feeding to the masses. She is also the founder of Feed The Peds: A comprehensive 12-week course on the foundations of pediatric feeding and swallowing; The Myo Method: An Intro To Myofunctional Therapy Course & CMT – Certified Myofunctional Therapist Certification; and, The Myo Membership: A monthly CEU opportunity where members learn from experts in the field, receive research reviews, participate in a virtual myo study club and even get a dose of business training & marketing materials.
Following much success in private practice, Hallie has been sought after to coach other private practice owners over the past 7 years. She offers one-to-one business coaching, intensives, masterclasses and a small group 10-month mastermind using her R.E.A.L. Method for private practice owners looking to start or exponentially grow their private practice. Fun Fact: Business & Marketing are Hallie’s love languages.
When Hallie is not working in or on her business she’s hanging in sunny Boca Raton, Florida with her family. She and her husband Vlad have two daughters, Lily (6) & Mia (3) and their furbaby Coby (8).

It`s my mission to elevate my fellow clinicians in their careers. I believe there are plenty of patients out there for all of us to have thriving practices, and I want all of those patients to get the care they need.
When I was starting in the myo space, I was shamed for finishing my certification “quickly” before my first daughter was born. That’s them, not us. They shame. We elevate each other. No clinician should be shamed for getting the proper training and expanding the services they offer their patients.
